Estimates and appointments
Submitting an estimate request does not create an appointment or guarantee availability. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the size, condition, requested work, or access requirements differ. Properties over 4,000 square feet may require an in-person walkthrough before final pricing is confirmed.
Services and access
Clients must provide accurate service information and safe, timely access to the property. Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and hazardous materials and for identifying fragile or damaged items before service begins. We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or materially different from the information provided.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and situations in which our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time are subject to the full service charge. Genuine emergencies may be reviewed individually.
Payments, refunds, and service concerns
Payment is due according to the booking confirmation or invoice. By providing a payment method, the client authorizes charges for confirmed services and applicable cancellation or access fees. Payments for completed services are generally nonrefundable. If you have a concern about a completed cleaning, contact us within 24 hours so we can review it and, when appropriate, arrange corrective service. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.
SMS terms
SMS participation is optional. If you opt in, messages may include estimate follow-up, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Website use and changes
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated. We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after a revision is subject to the updated terms where permitted by law.
